1. Operator and scope
These terms govern BulkMarket, operated by the company identified above, and the use of its website, accounts, listings and messaging. Contact for contracts, support, complaints, illegal-content notices and authorities: info@cargoviant.com. Postal requests may be sent to the registered address above. The platform is intended for wholesale and professional trade. A person acting for a company must have authority to represent it. Mandatory rights applying to a person who legally qualifies as a consumer remain unaffected.
2. Role of the platform
BulkMarket provides listings, search, paid access to seller contacts and internal communication. The operator supplies the subscription service; it is not the seller, buyer, carrier, manufacturer, escrow provider or guarantor of the listed goods. A purchase, transport, inspection, customs arrangement or other transaction is agreed directly between the parties. Availability, quantities, delivery, product warranties, taxes and payment for goods must be confirmed with the seller. Paying for a platform subscription does not buy any goods and does not reserve stock.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate identity, company, contact and billing information and keep it current. Accounts are personal to the registered user or authorised representative; credentials must not be shared or sold. Protect your password and report suspected misuse promptly. The operator may request proportionate business-verification information. The verification badge records checks performed; it does not guarantee solvency, ownership, product quality or future performance. Seller publication and contact access depend on the applicable verification, account status and active entitlement. Demonstration listings and profiles are examples and are not real sale offers.
4. Listing and trading rules
Publish only goods and images you are entitled to offer or use. State the actual condition, quantity, unit, price, currency, VAT treatment, minimum order and relevant delivery conditions. Clearly identify mixed pallets, returns, used goods and known defects; a sample image must not misrepresent actual stock. Do not offer unlawful, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, stolen or rights-infringing goods, or prohibited personal data. Traders are responsible for applicable safety, traceability, labelling, customs, tax and intellectual-property obligations. Never use the service for fraud, unsolicited bulk messages, malware, unlawful discrimination or harvesting restricted contacts.
5. Search, promotion and content rights
The ordinary catalogue is ordered by newest publication unless a price sort is selected; filters restrict results by the selected criteria. A separate featured filter and designated promotional positions can give additional visibility. Featured placement is not an independent quality recommendation. There is no promise of a particular rank, number of contacts or sales. You retain rights in your content and grant the operator a non-exclusive licence necessary to store, display, translate presentation elements and distribute it through the platform and its search previews for the duration of the listing, subject to lawful retention after removal. This licence does not transfer ownership of your goods or content.
6. Messages, privacy and access
Messages are accessible to their participants and authorised administrators where necessary for support, security, legal obligations or a dispute. Do not upload payment-card numbers, sensitive personal records or unnecessary identity documents in ordinary chat. Public listings, seller identity and general location may be indexed by search engines; protected contact details require the relevant access. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing or non-essential cookies.
7. Moderation, restrictions and termination
Content or access may be restricted for unlawful material, fraud, security risks, impersonation, non-payment, loss of entitlement or a material breach. Decisions take the seriousness, context and recurrence into account. Where legally required, the affected user receives the reasons, scope and means of challenge; information may be withheld where disclosure is prohibited or would compromise an investigation. An immediate proportionate restriction may be necessary for an urgent risk or legal order. Ordinary termination of an ongoing business relationship by the operator is notified at least 30 days in advance unless a lawful exception requires otherwise. You may stop using the service and request account closure by email; closure does not cancel lawful accounting or dispute-retention duties.
8. Reporting and complaints
Send a listing or message URL or identifier, an explanation and supporting facts to info@cargoviant.com. For an illegal-content notice, include your name and email, unless a lawful exception applies, and a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate and complete. We assess sufficiently precise notices and communicate the decision where required. You may challenge a moderation decision by email within six months, with its identifier and grounds; no fee is charged for the internal complaint. We aim to answer ordinary complaints within 30 days; statutory deadlines and urgent risks take priority. Courts and competent authorities remain available. No text here obliges you to use a discontinued EU online-dispute-resolution platform.
9. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service and may perform maintenance or necessary security updates. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party statement is accurate. Affected users may request an appropriate remedy for a substantial failure of the paid service. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence where protected by law, injury, mandatory consumer rights or GDPR rights. Users remain responsible for their own transactions and lawful use; the operator remains responsible for its own legal duties.
10. Contract language, changes and law
The selected language version is available before registration and payment and may be saved or printed. Versions have a date and identifier. The Bulgarian text is the reference for resolving translation discrepancies, without reducing mandatory language or consumer protections. Material changes are notified on a durable medium at least 15 days before taking effect, or longer where adaptation requires it, except lawful urgent exceptions. Changes do not retroactively increase an already paid subscription price. If you reject a material adverse change, contact us before it takes effect to terminate and request an appropriate unused-period refund. Bulgarian law applies, subject to overriding EU and consumer protections. Competent courts are determined by applicable procedural rules; a consumer's mandatory jurisdiction rights are not restricted.
