1. What the subscription buys
A subscription purchases the platform access described for the selected buyer or seller plan, not goods, freight, insurance or guaranteed sales. The checkout identifies the entitlement, Premium status if applicable, duration and total amount in EUR before payment. The displayed payable amount is the contractual subscription price; any applicable VAT treatment is shown in the payment or accounting document. No undisclosed platform charge may be added after confirmation. Request an invoice and provide correct billing details through info@cargoviant.com.
2. Ordering and payment
Select a currently available plan and payment method, check the details and confirm the order with an obligation to pay. These subscription terms and the General Terms apply. Available methods are a hosted SumUp checkout and bank transfer using the details supplied for the specific order. Do not transfer money using unverified details sent by another platform member. Card details are processed by SumUp, not stored by BulkMarket. A failed, abandoned or merely pending checkout does not activate access. Bank transfers require receipt and administrative reconciliation; a transfer screenshot alone is not payment confirmation.
3. Activation and period
Access starts when the payment is confirmed and the entitlement is activated. For an existing unexpired entitlement of the same type, the purchased period extends from the current expiry; otherwise it starts at activation. Periods are calendar months as specified in the order, not a promise of a fixed number of days. A seller must also satisfy account and verification requirements. Keep the order reference for payment enquiries. Report an incorrect amount, duplicate payment or missing activation promptly; we investigate and correct confirmed errors.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Renewal is manual. The application does not create automatic recurring subscription charges. Expiry does not itself authorise another debit. You may choose not to renew without a cancellation fee. After expiry, paid functions are restricted; obligations relating to earlier transactions and lawfully retained records continue. Account deletion requests are handled separately through the contact address. For business customers, a change of mind after activation does not normally create a refund right, unless the plan expressly provides one or mandatory law, a material service failure or a material adverse contract change requires a remedy.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
Confirmed duplicate or undue payments are returned using the original payment method where possible. If access is not supplied or a material failure is not remedied within a reasonable time, contact us for correction, a proportionate reduction or termination and an appropriate refund. If you legally act as a consumer and statutory distance-service withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the subscription contract by a clear email or postal statement identifying yourself and the order; no special form is required. Lawful reimbursements are made within the applicable statutory period, normally 14 days after notice of withdrawal. Mere activation or use is not treated as a blanket waiver of consumer rights. We do not impose a proportionate early-performance charge without the express request and prior information required by law.
6. Suspension and price changes
A security or moderation suspension does not automatically resolve whether a refund is due; its grounds, the service actually provided and mandatory law are considered individually. Non-renewal is not a penalty and does not create a new payment debt. Future plan prices may change for future purchases; the price of an already confirmed paid period remains unchanged. Refund requests and subscription complaints go to info@cargoviant.com with the order reference, payment date and reason. Do not send a full card number or card security code.
Withdraw from contract
Use this online function to submit a notice of withdrawal from a platform subscription. You do not need to log in or give a reason. Identify the order, provide your name and email, then review and confirm. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; refund eligibility is assessed under the contract and applicable law.
